The Kerala Association of Greater Washington proudly presents The Next Great Baker 2021, Welcoming bakers of all ages to take part in the KAGW cookie contest.. we know you have it in you to be the next big baker in the DMV area..on Saturday December 11th, 2021.

Rules:
- A baker's dozen (13) cookies are to be baked, decorated at home and presented at the venue of the contest
- The cookies must include at least one of the three flavors - eggnog, peppermint, gingerbread
- The recipe must be displayed along with the cookies
- Frosting and nuts are allowed but not required
- The contest is open to all ages/ genders
- Half hour will be provided for setup. A table and tablecloth will be provided at the venue.
- Contestants are expected to finish cleanup after the judging is completed (latest by 5:00 PM)
- The judging criteria for the contest are: presentation/plating, flavor, cookie decoration, recipe on display, innovativeness, overall perfection/uniformity of cookie
- Registration will close at 15 participants
