| Terms & Conditions Assumption of Risk :Participants acknowledge that the KAGW 5K run/walk involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. By registering, participants voluntarily assume all associated risks. Release and Waiver :Participants release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue KAGW, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability for injury, death, or damage to personal property arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Indemnification : Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAGW and its representatives from all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, resulting from their participation in the tournament. Medical Treatment Consent :Participants consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the tournament and accept financial responsibility for any incurred costs. Photographic & Media Release :Participants grant KAGW the right to use photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during the tournament for promotional purposes without compensation. Compliance with Rules :Participants agree to abide by all tournament rules and regulations set by KAGW. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the tournament. Refund Policy : Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by KAGW. |
